This was my first time and it's not going to be the last. I appreciated the personal and friendly manager assistance. Besides of watching a technician going thru a thourough review and being passed to me by the mgr with detailed observations and proper recommendations accordingly.That is what I call a great service. My first positive experience was when I was told they had mechanics who knew how to work on carburators.....and to find the one designed for my car. I have a 1957 T-Bird. Then took the time to diagnose my gas gauge problem. What is most important, through the entire process they kept me informed as to the progress and potential cost. Though not inexpensive, I feel their prices were fair. They respond to questions, taking the time necessary to be sure that the customer understands and is comfortable. Happy to endorse and recommend!!!!

My 1st time at Auto Aid was a very good experience. Per was very helpful regarding pricing for the services I requested, plus advising on future services my car would need. The price quote was only $2 off the end pricing, which is very nice. They also had my car services completed within the time frame promised. I will definitely be back again & again for services for my 2004 Toyota Corolla LE!

I recently had my minivan oil change check up at AutoAid and they have been super friendly and professional as always. I called in the morning in order to schedule an appointment as soon as possible (my minivan was making strange noises...the oil was too low) and in few hours I had my car checked and ready to go.Reasonable prices (if you subscribe to their newsletter they also give you points and discounts), very professional, super nice people. I really recommend AutoAid.

I've been taking my car to Auto Aid for a year now and I've never had a negative experience here. Everybody there is highly professional and courteous. I absolutely trust their advise and work. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
