    AutoAid is great. I had been going to another mechanic for years and he only ever did the least necessary. On a recommendation from a friend I brought my car in for an oil change. The did the oil change and a full inspection and discovered everything the last guy had simply never bothered to look at. Their recommendations for service all came with photo or video documentation so I could see exactly what was going on. They gave me a clear picture of what was urgent, what needs looking at soon and what can wait. That allowed me to make a plan to get things fixed on a schedule that works for my budget. The team is thorough and service minded. I was treated very well. I will send all my friends here and will continue to bring my car here for all its needs as long as I am in Southern Cal.

    Because of street work I had to park my car on the street and I had my catalytic converter stolen. They were very efficient in getting me a rental car, working with my insurance company, replacing my part and checking to see if everything was okay. Will definitely come back again

    I went to AutiAid today for an AC diagnostic test. The team was thorough and professional but it was the owner, David who really made my visit great. He was extremely helpful and empathetic on what is the hottest day of the year (not great timing for an AC issue). David did right by me and we spent nearly half an hour just talking about family and growing up in the area. A rare experience in today's world with an extraordinary owner.

    I got a 30k mile checkup for my Hyundai.  They checked all my car’s systems.  No up-selling, just a recommended oil change.  Friendly service and they provided a free shuttle to and from my house while the car was being worked on.   I will definitely return!
