My wife and I found ourselves standing in Auto Aid an AAA approved facility for their used vehicle inspection program, inspecting the underside of a 1996 Toyota Landcruiser with 160,000 miles on the clock, that we where considering purchasing from a close friend that had been her son's mode of transport through college. Dave from Auto Aid walked us through their initial inspection and went into reassuringly detailed explanations, pointing out and explaining in terms that the mechanical challenged could understand, the work that needed to be done, how much it was all going to cost and why. This makes a refreshing change from the patronizing service managers, that myself and my ailing bank account are all to familiar with at dealerships. In a nutshell, I will be bringing my own car to Auto Aid in future.

Andrew, thanks for the kind words. All our hard work pays off when a review like this is written.

Diagnosed the rattle. Fixed it in 30 minutes. Less than $50.00!!!! David and Jack are THE BEST.

40 minutes for a full inspection, oil change, and I was walked through everything before getting out in time to make a meeting. They just earned my business for as long as I drive a car.

Thanks Joe. Glad to be of service.

Very pleased with the customer service. Great rapport. Job well done! Only thing that made it less than perfect was the fact that job was quite a bit pricier compared to other estimates I had gotten. Great company though.

Taking your car to AutoAid is like visiting your favorite brother-in-law. They make sure that whatever you came in for is taken care of a la 'toute de suite', but also make sure that everything else is okay. Not just looking to find an additional sale, but to make sure that your car is road worthy and safe for you and your family. They are never pushy. And just like your sister would, they keep their bathroom extraordinarily clean! All that and they are the friendliest shop in town. BTW, while my wife had our car in for an oil service last week, she mentioned that the check engine light had gone on a couple of days before, and that she had a warranty service coming up with the dealer. David volunteered to check the computer box, found that there was a recorded problem with the engine turbo, and gave her the written printout so she can present the dealer the problem already diagnosed and probably save herself a whole lot of aggravation.

I've been going to AutoAid for years. It's a father/son community business that you can rely on. They provide personal service. They'll drop you off and pick you up. A biggee in my book. They seem to have a great group working for them. They make the agony of getting your car fixed less traumatic.

Thanks Mary for your loyalty

They are super nice and I trust them! They always fix my car quickly. I like that they always remeber me and my car's issues. It's seems that their other customers I run into when there know and trust them too. When first came to AutoAid and they did a full check up on my car. Told me what needed to be fixed and what I could wait on. I am not a rich girl and have an old car that has been having issues. It is nice to know that when I go there I am never getting anything fixed that does not have to be fixed but they always check my more persistant issues (oil leak...) to make sure these issues are still managable. However, I also see them working on some pretty nice (expensive) cars too and am sure they can get your car tip top perfect if that is what you are looking for. Also, I cheated on them once and went to a mechanic close by my house. I'll never make that mistake again!!!

Stopped in for a quick oil change while in town for business and AutoAid was excellent. My car was serviced quickly and I didn't feel pressured to get anything additional when they called to update me on their service check. Very friendly atmosphere and wonderful service.
