I appreciated the professionalism of all their employees. Also, one of the things I hate most when I go in to other places to get my oil changed is when they try to convince me to get every repair and replacement done to my car that day. At AutoAid, they told me (and printed out) what needed to be done, what they suggested be done, and price quotes for everything, but there was no pressure to get anything done at that moment. Plus, their $25 discount for new customers helped out a lot!

I only have one complaint about my most recent experience: I had stated that my rear windshield wiper was functioning intermittently; the person who checked my vehicle in said they would go over everything with attention to that. I was called a couple hours later with an update in which I wsa told that my wiper appeared to be fine and operating nominally. When I picked up my car, once again the wiper wasn't working. I wonder if it was really checked? Pretty trivial, but AutoAid prides itself in attenton to detail.

It's unusual to find a shop where the crew is talanted in repairs of the new technology... and the old. They have done a great job with my '57 working with a bad gas gauge and senting unit,as well as a frozen parking break cable. They took their time to insure that all wee in proper working order, adjusted the carb. and didn't make me look for a second on the house to pay the bill....

Came in on monday afternoon to get a check engine light looked at and they where able to take care of it accurately and on time. The guys there are very helpful and willing to answer your questions. Ive been ripped off by a lot of mechanics but these guys are sincere and honestly there to make sure you and your car are happy. David Definetely goes the extra mile to help out their customers.

Your car will break down. Your cousin's brother may have "a guy" who can fix it for cheap. It will still break down again. Your friends' boyfriend also has " a guy". This guy charges half of what your estimate is. Car repairs are expensive. Period. Does your cousin's brother pay for your rental because your car repair is proving problematic? No? Well, Auto Aid did that for me. I have an older vehicle and keep her running great. I've been bringing her here for a couple of years now. They take care of me, my car, and now my husband's (the sceptic) car. I am really happy with the level of service, plus I use the rewards system they have. Repeat business saves me some dough. Just an FYI~They charge a pretty hefty pricetag to diagnose your cars' problem. That diagnostic doesn't come off the bill or get incorporated in the repair cost. This is usually where your cousin's bothers guy may look like the better deal. Or your roommate knows exactly what's wrong with your car and "did they check the flubberbutter or krimmynooks"?? yeah, yeah. Everybody's an expert.I'll trust the guys at AutoAid. David and Per are wonderful and at this point, I feel they know my car better than anyone. I'll pay to have it done right. Efficiently, quickly and with the personal service they provide.
