Your car will break down. Your cousin's brother may have "a guy" who can fix it for cheap. It will still break down again. Your friends' boyfriend also has " a guy". This guy charges half of what your estimate is. Car repairs are expensive. Period. Does your cousin's brother pay for your rental because your car repair is proving problematic? No? Well, Auto Aid did that for me. I have an older vehicle and keep her running great. I've been bringing her here for a couple of years now. They take care of me, my car, and now my husband's (the sceptic) car. I am really happy with the level of service, plus I use the rewards system they have. Repeat business saves me some dough. Just an FYI~They charge a pretty hefty pricetag to diagnose your cars' problem. That diagnostic doesn't come off the bill or get incorporated in the repair cost. This is usually where your cousin's bothers guy may look like the better deal. Or your roommate knows exactly what's wrong with your car and "did they check the flubberbutter or krimmynooks"?? yeah, yeah. Everybody's an expert.I'll trust the guys at AutoAid. David and Per are wonderful and at this point, I feel they know my car better than anyone. I'll pay to have it done right. Efficiently, quickly and with the personal service they provide.

Broke down in Costco parking lot at lunchtime and had to have the car towed to Auto Aid. My 98 Lexus GS300 needed a new starter. The car was repaired and given back to me within four hours, and the price seemed very reasonable. Seems like I almost paid as much for a starter for a Chrysler 20 years ago. The best part was that I had forgotten my cell phone at home, so, after arriving at Auto Aid unannounced and getting a ride home from them, they still managed to get me back my repaired car in four hours for a very moderate price. I've only been their customer for a year or so and didn't think much of the name, but these guy really do rescue you.

I went for a diagnosis and got the results quickly and accurate. Excellent customer service as well. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

is running great since replacing the valve cover gasket, and also the input speed sensor - a problem which I'd researched on my own, and which they were happy to jump in and replace for me. Thanks to Dave and staff for working quickly and doing what I asked for the short-term, and for the detailed assessment of what the car may need long-term. It's nice to find mechanics who are straightforward. I'll be back!

Other than regularly maintaining our cars, whenever we go on a road trip, we always have AutoAid check our car. They are very thorough and helpful as always. This is just one example of how AutoAid goes above and beyond the call of duty time and time again.

I had a great experience with Auto-Aid. They performed service on my Audi Q7 for a price far below the Dealer where I usually go. Their waiting room was clean and well stocked with interesting magazines. I didn't spend much time there because they drove me to my house and picked me up an hour later when my car finished. I really like this company and recommend them.

I really enjoy bringing my vehicles into AutoAid. It feels like one of those old fashioned family owned and run businesses where they take their work for others personally.
