I was in and out in less than 45 min. for an oil & filter change and service check. AutoAid has been servicing my car for many years. I have an older car 15 years with over 140,000 miles. I was told that nothing appeared to be wrong with the car. No general maintenance service was suggested, nothing!!

Happy with the prompt response to my inquiry and the service. Also, am grateful for the help in getting home after I dropped my car off.

This is one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in Los Angeles. Everyone was so friendly and cheerful! They have a comfortable waiting room, are honest in their time and cost estimates, and were incredibly speedy getting my car fixed. The only downside is that they're not open on the weekends, but it's worth carving out time in the week to come here.

At 9AM my car would not start. I called and Per told me to come by and they would order a battery. From the time I got there to the finish time was about a little over an hour. They checked to make sure it was the battery that needed replacing and kept me informed at all times. Wifi in the waiting room so I could work and wait. The waiting room is comfortable and everyone I encountered there was courteous. For something unexpected and unwanted (car trouble), it was a pleasant experience.

Thanks for helping me get my car running smoothly. It still needs some work but I appreciate you saving me money but not pressuring me to do it all at once. My wallet loves you!

The guys at AutoAid are always courteous and professional. They give quality work at affordable prices. If my car needs work done, I'm not going anywhere but here.

Went in to get my oil changed last week. Friendly, professional service as always with great deals. I was a little shocked when they told me they smelled something "dead" when they turned the air on, but it turned out that was something coming from within the shop.

When ever I brought my car to Auto Aid I always received the best quality service and helpful advise from the staff. Also appreciate the drop off and pick-up as needed until my car was ready.
