AutoAid was referred to me by AAA. I was having problems with my car turning off while running. They fixed the problem (bad sensors) and alerted me to other problems, such as my tires being almost bald. I came back a week after they fixed the bad sensors and had them do my tires as well. Always polite, professional, and affordable!

Just when I think it's time for a new car, Per and his technicians get me back on the road and running smoothly. Maybe next year I'll get a new car. Thanks Auto Aid.

Went in for an oil change knowing much more should be done. They checked everything out and made suggestions for what absolutely had to be done. Have two more major items that we will schedule soon. They are knowledgable & really don't push you to "buy". We have been going here for a few years. David remembers everything done to your car so you won't have to do it again before it is time.

I pulled in with a non-functional headlight and found that I didn't need a light, but had a bad wireing to the light. Simple and not expensive fix!!!

Before hearing about them I went to another auto shop and they charged me $35 just to check my car.They found multiple leaks. They qouted me a price of $1500.That's ridiculous for me being a single mother & on a budget.They checked my car for free. Found all the serious issues within an hour. They quoted me a price of 855. Wow! I was happy with that! Dave was the one working on my car. When fixing what was wrong he provided me with a rental car complimentary so I wouldnt have to take the bus with my 4 yr old. He was so sweet to me and my child. If I had a question about anything doing with the service of my car he was clear and detailed with his response. There were no gimmicks or bs like most mechanics. You can tell they want you to have the best quality experience when you visit them. The coolest part of the whole experience was receiving your reccommend work needed done to your vehicle and the quotes for that work that needs to be done so you can start preparing for your next visit. I definitely recommend auto aid over any auto shop in the San fernado valley! They are fair, presistant, fast workers, professional, and extremely nice! I'd initially been skeptical about a friend's suggestion to visit AutoAid because through many cars in several states I have never had a positive experience with a shop that was not dealership or chain-related, and you likely know those aren't all they're cracked up to be either. I am very glad to have listened to my friend as I believe I have found not only a place that performs high quality work on my car, but offers high quality customer service as well. I almost find myself wishing my cars needed work more often!
