After ahving her 2000 Lexus serviced at the agency since purchase, I thought it time to take it to where i have has so much luck with the service and repairs on my '57 T-Bird. Needles to say, I was not disappointed! The work was done quickly and the cost was as was estimated. They gave the car a through check-over and,surprise, they couldn't find anything wrong to add to the service. That has never happened to me before! It gives one the feeling that this is an honest and fair place to take cars for service...

I recently bought a used car. I had PRE SALE inspection at another shop that missed several issues with the car. I went to several places to get quotes on ball joints for the front, then I called AAA to get a recommendation. Not only did AutoAid give me the best price but also the best guarantee on parts and labor and did a free inspection. When I picked up my vehicle they went over my car with me to show me everything that was done. The shop is also clean, well organized, has a nice waiting area, and a friendly, knowledgeable, staff. Nice work guys!

First visit; Vehicle runs smoother and more powerfully than it has in years. Second visit - seems quieter. Great detailed /clear breakdowns of needs as well as showing the customer the actual needs ON the vehicle when possible.
