We brought our 2003 PT Cruiser GT to several other mechanics, including the dealership, and no-one was able to diagnose a difficult intermittent problem causing the car to stall while driving.AutoAid's expert mechanics were able to diagnose the problem on the first day - they clearly did the inspection and diagnosis they promised, where other's just gave us lip service. But they didn't stop there - they fought with the manufacturer for weeks to obtain the correct parts, identifying problems with parts sent from the dealership before installing them, and eventually resolving all of the issues we had.The car runs like a champ now, and my wife is thrilled that we get to keep her birthday present from several years ago (I was about to give up and sell the car for salvage before we found AutoAid).Thanks Per & David!

Thoroughly professional from the first phone call to the replacement of my windshield. Dave and Per answered my questions, gave me a quote, set up the appointment, and repaced the windshield in the time I was told it would take. There was a problem with the glass and it was replaced promptly. They are the Nordstrom's of auto repair. Did I mention how clean the shop is and female friendly?

I wish to thank Dave and his staff for rescuing me and my 2000 Oldsmobile Alero. When I thought I had no way of paying for the extensive repairs, Dave not turn me away, but instead worked with me.
