Thoroughly professional from the first phone call to the replacement of my windshield. Dave and Per answered my questions, gave me a quote, set up the appointment, and repaced the windshield in the time I was told it would take. There was a problem with the glass and it was replaced promptly. They are the Nordstrom's of auto repair. Did I mention how clean the shop is and female friendly?

I wish to thank Dave and his staff for rescuing me and my 2000 Oldsmobile Alero. When I thought I had no way of paying for the extensive repairs, Dave not turn me away, but instead worked with me. They are compasionate and thorough. They will be my mechanics for every car repair that I need in the future. I highly reccomend themm.

This was my first visit to the shop, having just driven to the area from Pennsylvania. The shop was neat, clean and welcoming. The service was quick and cheap. The employees were very professional and friendly. Per even took the time to take care of a squeaking door hinge just because. Definitely earned a return visit.

I never try to postpone getting my car in to AutoAid, whether it is for service, or an immediate problem, I just don't get stressed over it. I am always treated extremely well, they always do what they tell me they will do, the price is fair. I don't feel like I'm in a big unfriendly auto repair establishment. Their waiting room facilities are clean and well kept. There's always coffee on tap, and there isn't a blaring annoying loud speaker to rattle one's nerves. All in all, it's by far the best place to have my car serviced, I am picky about my car and never worry once I leave it in the capable hands of the staff and owners of AutoAid. There are not too many left in the world like them and I'm glad I am able to count on them whenever an auto problem rears its ugly head. Thanks to AutoAid for not only aiding my auto but also for aiding me and keeping it a safe, and sane atmosphere, while always doing an excellent job of repairing and/or servicing my Honda.
