Autoaid is the place to be. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I refer all my family and friends to them. You never have to worry about being taken advantage of here. I moved to Van Nuys last year and was referred to autoaid by a friend. I'm so glad they did. I bring my car here for oil changes to repairs. I must also mention that the waiting area is extremely clean as well as the bathroom. It's nice to have a comfortable place to wait while your car is being worked on. They have filtered hot and cold water, coffee, candy and a tv in the waiting room to keep you comfortable. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

As usual it was a non hassle experience. A rate treat these dayswhen dealing with so many companies. They followed my instructions to the letter, (and they aren't the usual "call me when it's ready" as I didn't know how long I'd be before I could pick it up, sothey did the oil change and even 'though I was there to pick up thefar sooner than I had expected, it was ready! The remaining itemswill be handled when I can again leave the car. I had cancelled 2 previous appointments due to an illness. Then, when I called on a Monday AM, they had me come right in and promptly evaluated my problem. Then provided a detailed explanation and cost estimate. Then arranged a rental car for me for the day. When finished, a call to pick it up and on my return, a freshly washed car. Thanks
