AutoAid is the best, called in the morning due to a dead battery on our work truck, plumber needed immediate help. Within a half hour we had a new battery and complete and thorough servicing done. So grateful for a honest, fast and reliable mechanic shop as AutoAid.Thank you Jack and David and crew! You are the best!

Mary, please let me apologize for the poor experience you had both during and after your last visit. I assure you that our recommendations are made based only on visible evidence or a very highly educated process of elimination. That being the case, I can understand that once you took it for a second opinion and were told the fix was much less than originally anticipated you felt cheated and betrayed. I cant in my right mind charge you for an improper diagnosis nor would I even want to. Please contact me so I may refund the $124 you were charged for the diagnosis. Please also understand that we DONT treat anyone differently because they are female. Our goal is to educate every customer so they may make an educated decision for their vehicle. This is the best place I have ever been to! They are so nice and very flexible! I couldn't get out of work until 5 pm one day and the man said he would stay after just for me, to check my car. He put in some oil to get me through till the next day and he also cleaned my windshield and fixed my battery! He didn't ask me for any money, but I still have him some. I love this place!! I couldn't take time off work for my oil change the next day so they gave me a ride to work and went back and changed my oil and did a check up on the car free of charge. My oil change was only 12 bucks because it was my first visit! I give this place 5 stars! They are definition of customer service!

AutoAid solved a very difficult problem with our Saturn L200. The automatic transmission was shifting with big bumps. Sometimes the car wouldn't accelerate at all from a stop. Sometimes it would idle fast. Turning it off and re-starting always made the symptoms go away. So, we thought it was the engine control computer. Replacing it didn't help. AutoAid spent a couple hours at no charge searching for the problem, and finally found that a bad throttle position sensor was putting incorrect information into the computer. Replacing the sensor fixed it. Over the weekend we took it on a 170 mile round trip, with no problem. So, I'm sure now that it's fixed. -- J.S.
