Auto Aid did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem with my Civic, took their time putting together a very detailed report, and gave me the exact info that I needed to make the appropriate decisions. They even found a problem that no one else had (a very small crack in part of the engine block). Furthermore, all of these notes and records were promptly emailed to me.
