Love this auto repair shop. They are incredibly honest, and back their work.

I actually found the shop not by intent or personal referral. Rather, my vehicle had mechanical problems mid-transit home and it was towed late-evening to this AAA recommended business. The silver lining is that it worked out to my favor. I found the staff to be courteous, very prompt with information and status, and patient. You would have thought I was a long-time customer, or a friend of the owner...and I'm not. Frankly, I received far better service than I've experienced through a major German vehicle dealer in my area, and certainly better than other private shops where I live.

AutoAid never dissapoints! Went in thinking I had a horrible problem and Jack explained the brakes system. Instead of paying an arm and a leg, I had my oil changed and was on my way!

The staff are very friendly. Very warm feeling from the office area. Technicians Matt and David were extremely reassuring and helpful. Was done on promised date. Prices are very fair. For the Service provided. Great communication, and very thorough inspection on my car. They even notified me about a nail in my tire. That's awesome. When I called I never had to sit on hold.
