I recently had my minivan oil change check up at AutoAid and they have been super friendly and professional as always. I called in the morning in order to schedule an appointment as soon as possible (my minivan was making strange noises...the oil was too low) and in few hours I had my car checked and ready to go.Reasonable prices (if you subscribe to their newsletter they also give you points and discounts), very professional, super nice people. I really recommend AutoAid.

I've been taking my car to Auto Aid for a year now and I've never had a negative experience here. Everybody there is highly professional and courteous. I absolutely trust their advise and work. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I have been using AutoAid services for 2 years now for my flower delivery vans and for my person cars. The services are excellent and the prices are always fair. Had a headlight out. Replaced the bulb. It worked............for a day. Then: out again (but with a dim light on inside of the housing( it helps to know a bit about your car yourself) that I suspected might have indicated the element was okay, but the electrical might not be. I passed on the info. The problem was diagnosed and repaired and I was out of there in 35 minutes. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced! Seems to be the norm at Auto Aid.

David, Jack, and Pear are the people I trust for my car needs.They take the time to explain the problem and don't talk over me. Dave-called me back after-hours and gave me instructions on how to leave a family members broken-down car. He's even help me assess the jobs that simple enough for me to fix.As someone w/ experience working on cars, it's such a relief to have found a TRUSTWORTHY family-run auto shop in LA. Thanks!
