I am a very satisfied customer.David was a big help in answering the many questions I had about my car. Jack, David's dad, and Shannon the receptionist, are also really pleasant to deal with.I got an oil change, new air filter and new windshield wipers at a great price because they have new customer coupons that can be found on their website.They didn't give me any bs about this or that needing to be changed, they were straightforward, honest people. Every customer who walked in was addressed by first name and you could tell this business is highly respected by their many loyal customers.That's what I love about family owned and operated businesses, there's more personal interaction and you feel taken care of. You have to give these guys a try. I definitely drove away feeling great. They also give you a mini first aid kit for your car :)David and Jack can rest assured that I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks so much for the great experience!

David and Jack are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done on their vehicles. I have a jeep that's 29 years old so I have had to have many repairs over the years and this is the one place that I've found where I'm comfortable with the owners and I'm not concerned that I'm going to be charged for a lot of unnecessary repairs.They prioritize what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. I've actually been told the phrase, "I don't want to take your money for something that doesn't need to be fixed", which, to me, is the best thing that you can ask for from a mechanic.

David at AutoAid was nice enough to stay a little late on a Saturday to accept my car for repair on Monday. He quickly identified the problem, explained the repair, estimated a cost and repair time. He was on time and estimate with a cute smile.I was nervous going to a non-dealership repair, but all of the Dodge dealerships had terrible reviews in the Valley. I can attest to the three 5 star ratings prior to mine that AutoAid is great.

These guys not only know how to take care of cars, but they know how to take care of their customers. They started a program called Manicure Monday - just mention that when you make your appointment and they'll set you up with a manicure or gift certificate.Very cool. The best part - my car runs so well! And, they are AAA approved, an impressive rating.Try them out!

Um hello! Why has no one reviewed this yet?!After moving to the valley with a 20 year old car about 3 year ago I knew it was only a matter of time before something would break on my car. I spent the first two years of my stay down here going to untrustworthy, over priced, dirty, shady car repair garages. Then the father/son team at AutoAid, well, came to my rescue.My husband was shopping around for local AAA approved garages and happened upon Autoaid. He loved their friendly customer service, reasonable prices, and straightforward talk. And for being his driver to and from the shop we were given a "taxi" certificate good for a free oil change (and all the extras that usually come with it).So when it was time to get an oil change I took my car into Dave at Autoaid. I was thoroughly impressed with the high level of customer service I was given and his garage's work on my car. So much so that when he recommended that a few extra urgent repairs be made, I actually listened to him and returned there a few weeks later to have them done. Just out of curiosity I shopped around a bit to find pricing on the repairs I was having done and no one even came close to Autoaid. Since I didn't have a ride back home after dropping my car off, Dave even offered me a ride.Please stop shopping around each time you need a repair and just take my word for it. Once you have you car serviced here you will never look at another repair garage again.
