I have been a customer of Auto Aid and Rescue since 1992. 25 years later, they are still the best auto shop in town. 25 years ago when I was a starving student at a nearby school, I had a squeaky wheel. Sadly, I took it to a brand name shop down the street where they talked me into spending $400 on a new caliper. Of course that didn't fix the problem and the work was probably not even done. I asked a teacher at the school where I should take the car. He sent me to Auto Aid and Rescue. They looked at it, realized that I had a bent rim causing the noise. They fixed it and didn't even charge me. And that is how you get a customer for life. Thanks Jack!!!

Professional mechanic work performed in a clean and pleasant environment. Everything was explained thoroughly for my approval before they began the work. As it was complex repair, I received several updates via phone calls while the repair work progressed.

Mixed about this spot. I had to take my car back in 3 times after the first problem was never fixed. Seemed like they used pre used parts. After the final time working with them everything was fixed but made me come out of pocket more which I can't respect.

I can't imagine a better auto repair experience. Highly recommended for friendly service and professionalism
