Had a headlight out. Replaced the bulb. It worked............for a day. Then: out again (but with a dim light on inside of the housing( it helps to know a bit about your car yourself) that I suspected might have indicated the element was okay, but the electrical might not be. I passed on the info. The problem was diagnosed and repaired and I was out of there in 35 minutes. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced! Seems to be the norm at Auto Aid.

David, Jack, and Pear are the people I trust for my car needs.They take the time to explain the problem and don't talk over me. Dave-called me back after-hours and gave me instructions on how to leave a family members broken-down car. He's even help me assess the jobs that simple enough for me to fix.As someone w/ experience working on cars, it's such a relief to have found a TRUSTWORTHY family-run auto shop in LA. Thanks!

The folks at Autoaid are getting to know my car quite well as they've had it in their shop recently. I was impressed with how quickly they got the necessary parts for the new fuel pump and other items and had me up and running the next day. They actually shopped around and got me a better deal than just using one outlet to buy from! They are terrific! Tom Katsis

I was from out of town and broke down on a trip from LA to Portland, OR. They bent over backwards to get me fixed-up and back on the road ASAP. They explained everything very clearly and let me know what to expect as the hunt for parts and repair progressed. They did great work. I immediately left their shop and drove 980 miles non-stop without a hiccup! Great bunch of guys there. Very friendly and nice and the restroom is probably the cleanest and best appointed in the entire automotive repair industry (and I have seen more than a few of them!). Worth going to just for the bathroom!

Replacement of engine and transmission mounts appears to have been done properly. Work was completed in good time and for reasonable cost, considering extent of needed work. The owners, Per and staff seem honest and are are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. A minor error (forgetting to reconnect A/C compressor) was easily corrected upon return the next day.

As usual, I had an excellent customer service experience at AutoAid!

Had my fog lights replaced and they worked for a month or so called they said bring the car in and got new lights. under warranty. As always service was and is great.
