Great service with friendly mechanics who are there to help you and your car. They aren't like some mechanics who are just out to rip you off. They actually told me NOT to get a procedure because my car didn't need it!

Courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, efficiency, thoroughness in diagnosing problems and potential problems, clarity regarding work to be done and charges for that work with no surprises, etc. All in all, I went away feeling these were men I could trust who did good, competent work at reasonable, fair prices - an uncommon experience.
