This is only my second visit to AutoAid so far, and I have been very pleased both times. After having spent years going to the dealership, I finally feel like I have my own personal mechanic who will steer me in the right direction. Thanks!

Again, as has been the case in the past, My experience was extraordinary and positive. The took extra care in working on my car, including performing preventative maintenance where they felt it was important. The other day I brought my wife's car in because the battery had died. The kept it for two days, tested the system, found nothing wrong, other than the car had sat for a few weeks.. and returned the car ....with no cost to us. Yes, they have serviced the car before, but an agency would have hit us with a stiff bill..... And Did I mention that they are nice people?? The are!!.

As always, my experience at Auto Aid was efficient, honest and comforting. We were due for a 55,000 mile check and oil change and were given the exact percentages of need on repairs that would be required in the coming months which allows us to budget in advance. David and Jack are always the best way to start and end a day of auto aid.

Got an oil change today at AutoAid due to a referral by my roommate. They were very nice, were faster than their estimated time, and were thorough about their courtesy maintenance check- instead of just pointing to stuff on a list, they showed me an oil valve leak I wasn't aware of, showed me which light was out, and gave me estimates for recommended repairs without trying to force me to agree to them at that moment. I definitely recommend giving these guys a shot if you're unhappy with your current place or just don't know where to go- but I think it's possible to get a cheaper price elsewhere for an oil change (mine was $50, including the light replacement). I'll have to do my research on that, though.

Once again they saved the day :) Auto Aid has been keeping our old and tired van going! We are very grateful.
