I love coming to Auto Aid. I feel I can trust your recommendations and I know you will stand behind your work. It's good to know there are still some reliable auto mechanics in Los Angeles. I just wish you were closer to my home!

David is the absolute best. Him and Pear have always been there for me when my cars gave me problems. Now I have a solid car and they are doing everything to help me keep it like-new! They are efficient, smart, and I never feel pressured to do anything I don't want. Love Auto Aid! Will come here forever if I can! And bring friends. -Lance

David & Jack run such a great, honest, efficient & clean operation. I know I will be coming here as long as they own it. I always recommend them to everyone I run into. We needed our brakes done. David said one & half hours & meant it. Car was washed when we got it back too! What really gets me is how clean the work area is, you would never know it was a auto mechanics shop. No oil on the ground, no grime on the equipment. FABULOUS!!!!

AutoAid meticulously looks at everything you need to keep your vehicle running at top performance. The staff is friendly and very family orientated. I came in during a busy time to get my oil change as Auto Aid had found a way to get it done for me. AutoAid is a grade A in my book. Will not give an estimate over the phone. They need to tow the car over to their place, that way they can charge tou for the tow...

Needed to get my brakes fixed so a friend of mine suggested that I go here, as she had had a lot of work done on her old car before she got a new one.Made an appointment to get my car checked out (only "downside" to this place, for me, is that they aren't open on Saturdays, since my working schedule has weird hours), brought my car in, filled out some paperwork. David, the gentleman helping me out, was super nice and accommodating. Told me exactly what they were going to do and what would happen after they inspected my car. They didn't get around to checking my car until maybe 12:30pm (had dropped it off at 9:30am), but they were incredibly busy that day as it was the day before Thanksgiving, and I didn't have to be anywhere anyway so no big deal. They finally called me around 1:30pm and said what I needed to get fixed. Had to have my rotors and front brake pads replaced. They also mentioned the wear on my tires and advised me to get them replaced soon (just got the brakes fixed, though). They had estimated to have my car ready by the time they closed at 5pm, but actually finished it up an hour early and were even awesome enough to come pick me up to get my car. :)Total work done was around $450 (also had a tail light replaced and complete brake service [fluids, etc.]). They even told me they tried to fix my front license plate, but the part was broken, so...ha. DUCT TAPE!Overall, a great experience with Auto Aid. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and were very informative about the whole process. Would definitely bring my car back here for future repairs *knocks on wood*

My brake sensor was making that awful terrible squealing sound and I was really concerned because it had not been that long ago that I had changed my brake pads both front and rear. When I went in I was told that it was a defective pad from the last change and it was replaced for me without question. It was under warranty. I felt such comfort that I have found my replacement mechanic locally who I can trust and feel that their priority is to be honest and loyal to their customers.
