First time with this shop, and it couldn't have been any easier. My car needed towing and had to arrive at the shop the day before my service appointment, which occurred without a hitch. Communications between the shop and me were able to keep me aware of what needed doing and what the costs would be. Despite the backup of jobs before mine, I was able to retrieve my car the day after the appointment date. Work done well. Prices lower than dealership charges. Highly recommend them.
