We have been going to AutoAid for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The service is thorough and excellent and the mechanics stand behind their work. We are always glad to know that in the event one of our family cars requires service, that AutoAid is just a few blocks away and always able to take care of us.

After I had a horrible experience with another oil change company that made me in search for a good honest mechanic, and thats what I have found, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!! There honest, fast and they incredibly accommodating! Keep up the fabulous work!!

This place is great. They took my car right away (no wait), and were friendly, courteous and helpful. Service was quick...they told me what was recommended by the dealer, but were happy to guide my decisions (the dealer recommended a changed cabin filter, but after asking a few questions, he didn't think I needed it yet. That saved me money, so I appreciated it!) I will continue to taking my car to AutoAid, and I recommend that you do too!

It's hard to find an honest Auto shop in my opinion. AutoAid is a different story...they will be open and honest and tell you exactly what you need and don't need. I live in Los Feliz and am willing to get my regular maintenance all the way in Van Nuys with AutoAid because I trust them. Great service, clean bathrooms, friendly staff!!!!!

I have been going to Auto Aid for 30+ years. Jack and now David are absolutely fantastic. They have even come to my house to work on my RV. A few years ago I was contemplating buying a '55 Caddy "for fun" and Jack came out to its location to give it a 'once over" before I decided to pass on the car. They do everything from changing windshield wipers to transmissions. They keep it spotless and customer friendly too. Honest, reliable, reasonable prices. You can trust these guys!!!

I love auto aid. They are a quality local mom and pop car place. I experience their service as impeccable and they are priced well for their services. They are nice too and have a great waiting room with free internet.
