2012 is the fourth consecutive year that AutoAid has received the coveted AAA 100 % Customer Satisfaction Award. This award is selectively given to AAA Approved auto repair shops and dealerships for consistently providing automotive service and repairs that meet and exceed customer expectations and the high standards set by the Automobile Club of Southern California. Each year the AAA randomly selects hundreds of invoices from our data base and calls the customer to discuss their experience.
Hard work isn’t the only thing that goes into receiving such high honors, it’s integrity, sincere care for our customer and their car issues, timely response, fair pricing and most importantly is to have the owners ear when a problem does arise. Dealing with that problem quickly and with the customers best interest in mind leads to 100 % customer satisfaction ratings year after year.
