wow. . once again Jack and the staff at Auto Aid have completely impressed me . I own a 2003 540i and had what seemed like a major problem. Dropped the car off, got a call a couple hours later tellimg me its just a small thing. I was expecting a few thousand dollar transmisson repair and instead spent less than $100 . Honest, trustworthy all the way. Go see these guys for all rpairs and scheduled maintenance.i

Wonderful service. Honestly, I can't say enough good things.They are cheap (well, reasonably priced) and offer discounts. First time customers come into the office with always friendly and professional attitudes from everyone who works there, and their very own "care Kit" that includes little goodies for the road.A tiny thing for a business to do, but what a difference it makes.Be sure to meantion yelp and a first time customer, and they knock $25 off service.And if you are a AAA member they knock 10% off.The experience and being an AAA approved speaks for itself, so you can feel confident in leaving your car there to get fixed correctly and quickly.If you're in the valley, and want to go some where where they will not oversell or fix the wrong issue with your car, visit Auto-aid.

David and Jack run a tight ship at this place. I am an auto broker and dealer and I have them complete safety inspections on cars that I want to retail to my clients as well as complete any necessary repairs. They are timely and honest. Recently I had a Saab that needed repairs for a customer of mine, they are not Saab specialist, but they gave me an estimate and told me their thoughts. After wasting money with a Saab specialist to get a second opinion, I realized that they Auto Aid was spot on with what the car needed. They completed the work and kept me informed of the status the entire time. I strongly recommend them for your next service or maintenance.

I agree with all of the reviewer who have used Steve's Jaguar service. They are honest and good at what they do. They were able to diagnose my A/C problem and fix it right the first time. They have a Jaguar dealer's diagnostic equipment which greatly helps in their line of work. They also give you a through explanation of what work they did and the diagnostic flow chart they used. By the way they also have great mechanics one of whom is probably from England!

We have trusted Jack for years with our cars and wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else in Los Angeles. David is a wonderful addition to this trustworthy, reliable and professional team. I am a very satisfied customer.David was a big help in answering the many questions I had about my car. Jack, David's dad, and Shannon the receptionist, are also really pleasant to deal with.I got an oil change, new air filter and new windshield wipers at a great price because they have new customer coupons that can be found on their website.They didn't give me any bs about this or that needing to be changed, they were straightforward, honest people. Every customer who walked in was addressed by first name and you could tell this business is highly respected by their many loyal customers.That's what I love about family owned and operated businesses, there's more personal interaction and you feel taken care of. You have to give these guys a try. I definitely drove away feeling great. David and Jack are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done on their vehicles. I have a jeep that's 29 years old so I have had to have many repairs over the years and this is the one place that I've found where I'm comfortable with the owners and I'm not concerned that I'm going to be charged for a lot of unnecessary repairs.They prioritize what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. I've actually been told the phrase, "I don't want to take your money for something that doesn't need to be fixed", which, to me, is the best thing that you can ask for from a mechanic.

David at AutoAid was nice enough to stay a little late on a Saturday to accept my car for repair on Monday. He quickly identified the problem, explained the repair, estimated a cost and repair time. He was on time and estimate with a cute smile.I was nervous going to a non-dealership repair, but all of the Dodge dealerships had terrible reviews in the Valley. I can attest to the three 5 star ratings prior to mine that AutoAid is great.

These guys not only know how to take care of cars, but they know how to take care of their customers. They started a program called Manicure Monday - just mention that when you make your appointment and they'll set you up with a manicure or gift certificate.Very cool. The best part - my car runs so well! And, they are AAA approved, an impressive rating.Try them out!
