Sadly, a repeat customer. I got rear ended on the freeway. Agreed to private party. Brad was super accommodating. Estimate was very fair. Brad had the negligent party pre-pay before he ordered parts/started the work and then got it done same day in 3 hours. Very impressed as always with their service and quality of work.

I always know I'm going to get honest advice during my scheduled regular inspections or when I go in for a specific problem. Everyone inspires confidence that I am getting the best service possible to ensure the long lives of our cars.

Auto Aid Rescue is a fantastic family owned and operated mechanic shop.They're extremely knowledgeable. They were of great help, fast diagnostics, and great customer service. They even offered me a ride back home (I am within 5 miles.) Thankfully they held my vehicle while I was researching what to do next with my car! (Thank you!) They're AAA certified and even gave me a discount on my vehicle diagnostic. I highly recommend them! If I need more mechanic work in the future (hopely not) I will definitely be back!

I was out of town with blown radiator, and even though they were busy they expedited me for same day repair. Price was fair and car drives excellently.

I have always had a great experience when bringing my car here. They are very honest and don’t try and sell me everything and tell me the things that I can safely wait on. 5 stars every time and would refer them to anyone wanting quality work at a fair price. They go above and beyond even when it’s something as small as an oil change.
